VISION
TII leverages a dynamic educational model to empower children to design technological solutions that contribute to a better world. We cultivate a community that ignites a passion for lifelong learning, promotes a love for STEAM—Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts, and Mathematics—and nurtures children's resilience and creativity. Founded in 2018 by STEAM enthusiasts, TII is guided by experienced mentors committed to shaping young minds into future innovators and problem solvers. We develop programs for young learners in schools, activity centers, non-profits, and commercial organizations, partnering with institutions to provide expert educators and an innovative curriculum. Grounded in cutting-edge research and progressive education principles, our mission is to deliver world-class STEAM education to children in India and globally, from Kindergarten through to undergraduate engineering and science students.

Founder & Chief Mentor
Manish, the visionary founder of the Tinkering Institute of Innovation, brings a wealth of expertise and accolades in the field of education and technology. He is an accomplished educator and innovator with an MTech and BE in Electronics and Communication. He has been recognized as an AIM-ATL Mentor of Change by NITI Aayog, Govt. of India, and has earned accolades in international competitions such as WRO (World Robot Olympiad) and FLL (First Lego League), with awards in India, Russia, Costa Rica, and the USA. His work has also been acknowledged by ISRO through the ATL Marathon's Best Innovation Award in 2021-22. Under his leadership, the institute continues to inspire young minds to excel in STEM fields and shape the future of technological innovation.
